The study focuses on the design of a tourist facility with a capacity of 80 hotel rooms and 45 bungalows in the Pountazeza area on a 100-acre plot adjacent to an archaeological site and forest land. The main concern of the proposal is to integrate the buildings into the natural landscape and achieve the maximum possible natural planting so as to minimize the impact of the intervention from the perspective of the seafront. The hotel unit is suggested as an underground facility for its largest part. The complex is framed by a restaurant, a wellness center, and a beach house. Planted roofs and photovoltaic installations reduce the energy footprint of the facility.
